AI help please!

We installed a pool and landscaping two summers ago and lost the tree in the corner shown in the last photo due to clay soil, and a steep slope down causing water to just sit in this corner. Much to my disappointment another tree won’t seem to work here. I’m at a total loss. I wanted the eventual privacy a tree would provide and it’s a pretty large area so I am at a complete loss what we could do. Anything that would require a concrete slab, etc won’t work due to the wet soil.

Hi Everyone!! We recently bought a new home, the flooring throughout is gray tile (looks like wooden planks although it is tile), and gray carpet upstairs, all the walls are white. In all of my previous homes I had warmer tone flooring and grayish walls. I am stuck on a wall color, as I tried painting my office light gray and with gray flooring and gray walls, it was too much gray and didn’t look good. If you have any color suggestions that would go with the gray flooring , that would be wonderful! (These are the listing home photos). Thank you!!:):):)
