Meet the Cast!

Ronald H. Martin

Ron has been active in local theater for over 12 years.

Some roles he has enjoyed include; Paul Miller in Murder
at Howard Johnsons, Joe Keller in All my Sons, Ken Gorman in Rumors, Ed Carmichael in You cant take it with You, and Count Gregor in Fools.

His roles in musicals include; Franklin Hart from 9 to 5 The Musical, and Bill Austin in Mama Mia.

Ron has done several independent movie roles for The Reasonable Picture Company. He enjoys singing and song writing.

Meet the Cast! (And one of the writers!)

Brandon Grimes

Brandon is an NYC-based actor, singer, and composer/lyricist.

He is thrilled to be joining Richard’s team again after appearing in Strapped for Danger and The Locked Door.

Other on camera credits include The Compatriots, Abominable, and Titans of Hollywood on Curiosity Stream.

Brandon and his husband Neil Redfield also produced, wrote and starred in the short film Before, which is starting the festival circuit!

On stage he created the role of the Messerschmidt triplets in the world premiere of MacGyver: The Musical, and can be found on the concept album on Spotify and Apple Music. He also has appeared several times as a featured singer with the Boston Pops, including as Henry Ford in Ragtime: The Symphonic Concert. National Tours: Jekyll and Hyde, All is Calm; Off-Broadway: Calamity Jane (Musicals Tonight); Regional: Cabaret (Peterborough Players - Cliff), Julius Caesar (Hanover Theatre - Brutus), The Greenbrier Ghost (Greenbrier Valley Theatre), Man of La Mancha (New Rep), Hamlet (Colonial Theatre - Laertes), The Producers (Barnstormers), Sweeney Todd (NextDoor Theatre - Anthony), Company (Texas Rep - Bobby), Pirates of Penzance (Ordway Center), 1776 (Cape Playhouse).

Meet the PansyVision Cast!

Lisa Forsgard

Lisa Forsgard has been acting on stage for six decades through elementary, high school, college, and in community theatres like the New Neponset Players, Theatre Works RI, Attleboro Community Theatre, and Roundabout Productions.

She started directing while a student at Scituate High School and recently retired as the Theatre Director/English Teacher at North Attleborough High School.

She is the widow of Christopher Kibbe and the proud mother of Siobhan & Steven Keplin and Ian & JoAnn Kibbe, and even more proud grandmother of Abbie & Sammie Keplin and Rachel & Lizzie Kibbe.

This is her first time on film!

Neil Redfield

Neil Redfield is an actor, writer, and improvisor based in NYC. He has appeared in a variety of film projects, including Disorienting Dick, for which he received an award for outstanding supporting performance.

He and his husband’s short film, BEFORE, about a young gay couple about to have a child through surrogacy, hits the festival circuit this year ().

Neil has also acted in theaters across the country (The Flea, Dallas Theater Center, The Barnstormers) and holds an MFA in acting from Southern Methodist University. TV: The Gilded Age. www.neilredfield. com

Daniel Martens

Dan Martens grinds animal feed. They used to make bread for humans but now they make feed for animals.

Dan has acted with groups across Rhode Island as well as in their hometown in the center of New York’s finger lakes where they currently reside.

In their free time Dan likes to watch video essays, play the guitar, write music, cook, and forage food from around their county.

Peter Reid

A RISD alum, newly returned to Providence, from Austin by way of Chicago, New York, and London, Peter is thrilled to be part of PansyVision.

He is a design creative. Not limiting himself to any medium. his works could include voice over, performance, 2D image making, and sculpture.

He lives with his husband Toshio and their chihuahua, Ginger of Gilligan’s Island.

Robyn Guilford
(Head Writer/Co-Show Runner)

Robyn Guilford was created in a laboratory in a swamp.

As a toddler she found a pencil stub and a receipt from CVS and began writing her first screenplay, which is still not done.

Eventually she was taken in by a kindly Rhode Islander and put to work on lots of gay screenplays.

Connor Morley

Connor is a local filmmaker and actor from Rhode Island who carries a deep passion for the arts. His works include The Scene, Mrs. Halloway, This Is My House, Cochon and so much more; and now PansyVision has a spot on his resume.

Meet the PansyVision Writers!

Duncan Pflaster

Duncan Pflaster is a multi-award-winning New York indie playwright, and screenwriter. He is best known for his Beckettian romp The Underpants Godot, which has had regional productions with Theatre Rhinoceros in San Francisco and Nearly Naked Theatre in Arizona, as well as the New York off-off-Broadway productions.

His plays A Touch of Cinema and Harmony Hall are published by Next Stage Press.

He has written around 40 full-length plays and a plethora of one-acts, which have been produced all over. His plays vary widely in genre and style, from science fiction to Shakespearean verse drama.

Scorpio Film Releasing produced his two films Strapped for Danger and its sequel Undercover Vice: Strapped for Danger II (available on Amazon, Tubi and GayBingeTV), as well as bringing him on to co-write Code Name: Dynastud and PansyVision. www.duncanpflaster.com

Meet the PansyVision Writers!

Lenny Schwartz

Lenny is an award-winning, Rhode Island-based playwright, screenwriter, film producer, and director.

He is the founding Artistic Director of Daydream Theatre Company, where his productions have both entertained and baffled audiences for the past two decades. Among the dozens of plays he has written and directed are "The Playwright’s Notebook" and "The Social Avenger" and the upcoming “The Motion Picture Camera of Louis Le Prince.”

His screenwriting credits include: Normal, Before the Night Is Over, Accidental In**st, Long Night in A Dead City, The Assassination of Western Civilization, and the award-winning Higher Methods.

Currently, he is filming his directorial debut of his new screenplay, "The Haunted and The Hunted" (Fall 2025).

Meet the PansyVision Cast!

Terry Shea

Terry is a RI-based actor, director, and sound designer, who most recently appeared in The Community Players’ production of Big: The Musical.

In addition to his stage work, Terry has had feature roles in the Richard Griffin films Disorienting Dick, Before The Night is Over and Codename: Dynastud.

Aside from acting, Terry is also President of West Bay Community Theater (for whom he directed Cabaret this past August) and was head Theater Critic for Motif Magazine from 2012-2020 as well as Moreteeth Theater Reviews from 2010-2012.

Terry is the proud father of two amazing daughters.

Chris Maxwell

Chris Maxwell is thrilled to make his film debut in PansyVision. Chris has performed in Rhode Island theatre productions for almost 3 decades. He has most recently been seen in musicals, comedies, and dramas at Contemporary Theatre in Wakefield and Granite Theatre in Westerly. Chris is a founding member and sings Baritone with the Rhode Island Gay Men's Chorus.

Emily Mae Partington

Emily started acting mainly with theater in school productions and then began working with theater companies such as RISE, Encore, Kaleidoscope, Beacon summer nights, Attleboro Community Theater, and more. She graduated from Beacon charter high school for the arts as a theater major and was voted best actress of her graduating class. She continued to do many more productions for the CCRI players as a theater and music major. She is also very skilled in making cosplays, theatrical costumes, and theater makeup.
