Body dysmorphia is not fun at all but I look back to where I came from and realize I’ve done amazing things.… body dysmorphia will never go away but remember where you were and how far you have come! ☺️

2 1/2 years of consistency in the gym! I wake up and battle body dysmorphia but then look at my old pictures and see where I was and just have to tell myself that I am better then ever before and still just beginning! Fall in love with the journey and the results will come!
