During the Virtual Dam Monitoring and Management Meeting with NIA Upper Pampanga River Integrated Irrigation Systems (UPRIIS) this afternoon, NIA Administrator Benny D. Antiporda instructed UPRIIS Department Manager Rosalinda B. Bote to maintain open lines of communication before, during, and after the onslaught of Super Typhoon . He also directed all NIA Offices to ensure 24/7 operations to continuously deliver public service to the Filipino people.
