The Mercury has served as Gettysburg College's literary magazine since 1899. Published annually, The Mercury seeks to showcase the best of student work in both the literary and visual arts. Students serve as editors of submitted material in fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, and the visual arts. The Mercury engages new editorial staff each year, offering a valuable experiential opportunity for
