This is the beginning! :)

Strait Up is a celebration of our eccentric community and the spirited events, projects and people that remind us who we are. We live in a sacred place here on the Quimper Peninsula. Not to say that the entire universe is not sacred, but simply to acknowledge the complexity, greatness and beauty of this incredible garden region that we live in. We are truly blessed! All of us who live here contribute to our unique strain of culture. We are stewards of this place, each and every one of us. And we are an amazing people, capable of just about anything, especially when we become united by a shared vision.

Our mission for Strait Up is to cultivate, connect with and celebrate communities, traditions and projects throughout the Salish Sea, to help lift the collective spirit of this region to higher realms of collaboration and unity. As our network and team grow, so will the scope and scale of this project. We have lots of fun ideas brewing for future editions and look forward to hearing your thoughts, feedback and inspirations over the coming months. If you have a project or suggestion for our next edition, please reach out.
