Worship music does so much when we are praising God. Our joyful noise we make to Him is so special and intimate. Have you ever felt like you needed more of Him and less of yourself? We aren't meant to live this life relying on our own strength. So yes, more of Him, His love, mercy, compassion, and guidance.
Be blessed Xpresserz <3

Whose approval are we seeking?
Culture has been known to persuade and even command that we follow certain guidelines in order to keep up with the times. There may even be things we know go against our convictions as Christians, but we do it so we are not the oddball out. We have seen examples where adhering to culture whether it be street approval or worldly approval can leave one feeling empty.
Why do you think an individual would chase street or worldly approval? Is it to be cool/popular? Is it to fit in and seem like they are not a prude? Or could it be that validation feeds an insecurity of not having been affirmed enough in life? All these things can be reasons as to why someone, even some Christians would fall into this approval trap.
We pray that more people would look to God for that pat on the back. He is the creator of all and knows exactly how actions can affect us in the long run. Sure, we are not perfect but we can strive to live a life that is pleasing to him and can be example to others.
Keep the faith Xpresserz!

Love Your Enemies-A Walk Through the Bible
"Forgive who!?"
"Oh, I'm bout to be petty cause they really messin with me"
"Mhm your karma is gonna be good, and I can't wait to see it"
Do any of these thoughts sound familiar? mhm we have heard them I am sure time and time again, whether we are saying them or someone else is. Getting revenge seems to be the age old story. So this week's episode topic is "Love Your Enemies".
Whew chile! I can't even front this was a really difficult study to dive into. As a person who struggles with this, I found myself side eyeing scripture and wanting to feed into my own fleshly desire to be just as mean as others may have been to me. But as always God's word may not be what I want to hear but it definitely puts things in perspective. Journey with me on this episode. Perhaps you may want to challenge yourself or others to let go of being "petty" and choose forgiveness with a dash of mercy. Definitely a hard pill to swallow.

Yes! We the ladies of E.X. agree with this message. Everyone is unique and have been blessed with God given gifts. Even though the gifts are different no one should be forced or pressured to operate in what doesn’t work for them. As long as we are sharing the same gospel message, the avenues we take can be creatively different.
Hope this encourages someone who is thinking of sharing the gospel with others.
