About Spice Cabinet
Spice Cabinet, the podcast, came about one day when I was rummaging around in my own spice cabinet. I noticed that I had some items inspired from my upbringing, some items inspired by culinary experiments, and some items influenced by past relationships. I felt like there were so many stories attached to each spice. I wondered what stories, culinary or otherwise, are sitting in my friend’s spice cabinets. So, I set out to record and talk with my friends in their very own kitchens. I think you’ll be surprised what fragrant details are revealed when one is reviewing the spices of their life.
