⛅ Everyday kaming nagbbreakfast, lalo na si Aizes and Aiden bago umattend ng online school. So every morning, I make it sure na masarap ang kinakain nila para hindi sila magsawa. One of their favorite  pinoy breakfast ang pork o beef tapa.  I tried the Purefoods Chicken Tapa. Medyo kabado pa nga ako kasi baka iba ang lasa at hindi nila magustuhan.  But of course, Purefoods never fail meet my expectations.  Walang pinagkaiba sa lasa ng pork or beef tapa ang . 💕 May mga araw talaga mga mommies na hindi natin alam kung anong ipapaulam sa ating pamilya.  You have to be creative para hindi sila magsawa. Good combo ng ulam din is very challenging.  I can say that I am lucky to have Lucky Me! Mami on my pantry all the time.

One of our kids’ favorite time is the Halloween season because they can dress up as their favorite characters. Also, they look forward for the overloaded treats. But since last year, we were not able to celebrate it like the usual where we can go around the neighbors' houses.

💫Sweet moments with my kids are something I look forward to. They love it when I make desserts for them. One of the easiest to make is the ever beloved Leche Flan. To make sure that our dessert is creamy sarap, I use only JOLLY COW CONDENSADA. The milk is very thick and hindi malabnaw, which translates to a tasty and delicious dessert.
Jolly Cow Condensada is very affordable as well, sakto sa budget natin this holiday season. Favorite ito ng buong family namin. We use it for our drinks, desserts, and snacks.

❣ 🍮 Recipe:

1 can of Jolly Cow Condensada 390 grams to 10 -12 pcs of egg yolk.
Mix all together.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
On a baking tray, melt your brown sugar with a bit of water. 
Wait for the caramelized sugar to get hard. 
Pour in the mixture you made in Step 1 in the baking tray with the melted sugar.

Cover it with foil and steam it for 45 mins to 1 hr.
Once cooked, leave it outside to make it cool and put it in your refrigerator.

Try this very easy Filipino Recipe. Super dali lang. ☺

💫 One of our family’s favourite desserts is the classic Mango Cheesecake. Good thing we could now create our own version at the safety of our home. Using Lemon Square Cheese Cake snacks, we don’t need to be expert bakers to make one. Furthermore, my kids love doing it, thus it is a perfect opportunity for bonding moments. Lemon Square Cheese Cake is a dense and compact cake, made from fresh eggs, and milk that’s great for creating homemade recipes or desserts with the family. Doing this with my kids makes them .

Here’s my simple recipe na kayang kaya ng mga mommies and kids

🥧 🥭 Ingredients:
🍋 1 whole pack of LEMON SQUARE CHEESE CAKE
1 KG of fresh ripe mangoes
3 boxes all-purpose cream
1 bar of cream cheese
Powdered sugar
1-2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Procedure:
1. Crush the LEMON SQUARE CHEESE CAKE and mix with melted butter.
2. Flat the mixture on a baking pan. Store on freezer for 30 minutes.
3. On a bowl, mix the all-purpose cream, cream cheese, sugar (sweetness level varies), and crushed mangoes. Store on freezer for 30 minutes.
4. Once chilled, put the mixture on top of the frozen LEMON SQUARE CHEESE CAKE. Store in freezer overnight.
5. Slice the remaining mangoes and put them on top of your frozen cake. Design as you wish 
6. Serve it and enjoy. Easy right?

Step by Step Procedure:

1 Scoop of butter
Whipped Cream

Nutella Spread

I am so happy that Lemon Square Lava Cake is a moist cake bar made with real chocolate. It is a perfect addition to any chocolate recipe. My family loves the Lava Cake fudge ferrero that I made for them. For easy tasty desserts you simply ! I will share the dessert recipe to my kids. It is easy to prepare and a great way to have a bonding time with my kids where they can be creative and do tasty desserts with Lemon square snacks.

Lava Cake fudge ferrero Recipe

Ingredients:
