Sekunjalo Investment Holdings has issued lawsuit notices to Ramaphosa’s Presidency, the National Treasury and other State organs. The group is suing the State for R75 billion ($4 billion) for loss of earnings.
The group claims that for over 18 months it has been building a case of economic sabotage against the State. They further claim they have hard evidence and evidence from whistleblowers in support of their case. The group is of the view that the problem commenced with Cyril Ramaphosa’s ascendence to power.
Sekunjalo said Independent Media has been vocal in exposing government corruption and holding the state to account.
