A hurricane's right around the corner and there is no convention this weekend. Definitely not a great week. However, since we can't be together this weekend, and producer Rob had a Saturday morning cartoon panel to run, he thought he would go ahead and do the panel online later today. So if you're around at 5:00 p.m. EST, drop by to watch some cartoons and maybe laugh at some really bad ones.

No show this week, but we will return next week. However, we do have a fun announcement to make all the same.

Producer Rob is going to be hosting "Spooky Toons," a look at some of the horror horror, monster, and mystery related Saturday morning cartoons from yesteryear. It's been about 6 years since the last one, and it's always a good time, so put it on your calendar. Now. It's going to be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, immediately before the Sid Krofft panel. So kick off your Saturday morning at Spooky right? With cartoons, followed by the man who scared us all to death by creating Sleestaks.

And we'll probably talk about Fangface too.

Hey everybody. Who wants to go see a movie together?

On last Sunday's show we had Jason Leavy on to discuss his upcoming movie Stream (we also talked about his work in and around The Terrifier franchise so if you're a fan I miss the show, go watch it now. Your other responsibilities will wait.)

Anyway, we kicked around the idea of getting together for a watch along at a local theater. It's a good way to help out an independent horror film, and see a lot of our favorite Spooky guests like Felissa Rose, Tony Todd, Danielle Harris, and a lot more. Opening night is Wednesday, August 21st, so if you're interested, leave a comment below, and we will get this thing organized.

In case you didn't watch our last episode (and if you missed it you should go back and watch it, because it was just delightful), you may have missed our announcement.

2024 will be the last year for the show. We've had a great time doing it, but we are moving on to new projects. There will still be plenty of shows before the year is out, but they're going to go by quick, so watch them while you can.
