What's Your Morning Routine? //
A similar post last Wed on LInkedin clearly struck a chord. I was asked what I do by several...on Wednesday's it's the bike and then a men's group at St. Catherine's of Sienna...and that jumpstarts my day...other days it's the gym or the bike then quiet time for myself to get going...I'll be candid...the hardest part is going to bed earlier enough as my biological clock to stay up always kicks in about 9pm...I fight it it because those days I miss, I really struggle throughout the day...so the reward keeps me getting up even when i stay up too late...it's simple but it's worth it...and we've got to keep moving...make it a great day!

This guy John Barranco - for those of you who know John, you know. I call my time with him "getting my Barranco fix" as we always walk away fired up creating business opportunities .

John was the first "sales" person to call on me when I was at the Louisiana Seafood Board over twenty years ago...I really need to change the name for John's for he's really the "relationship" person - those are rare in the sales world who we come to value as great friends...

We were catching up and talking about his move doing business development for PRIME Business Advisory Solutions, LLC. - his wife Barranco founded the company and they keep growing for good reason - if you have a small business and cash flow could use improving, they genuinely solve real issues entrepreneurs face every breathing moment and don't have time to address ...ultimately they help improve the bottom line and take workload off stressed out business owners...

We also got our Pj’s coffee of New Orleans fix this morning...
