It is rare for any government to control the guns of civilians, and when they do, it's usually before the government massacres them. The people have the right, stated in the Declaration of Independence to tear down a tyrannical government that wishes to oppress the rights of citizens. The US government is headed down that road. The United States of America is no longer being Democratic, or Republican, America is headed towards either tyrannical communism, or an authoritarian state, neither is good.
