What happens when you have a sick child...?

I remember the utter fear of having to call my boss before 6am to notify them of my absence and I remember my blood boiling when my boss asked me:

'are you sure you need to take another day off? What about the disruption to your class?' 🤬🤬🤬

Not only that, when I returned to work, the veracity of the situation was put into question! 😳

I feel for the traditional business owners too, that see the money they lose when they need to stay home - that must be a terrible juxtaposition.

However, what's more important? You work or your children?

Yes, he is sat in front of the TV, but he needs to chill. I'm getting work done and I'm ready to answer his every beck and call 😆😆😆

We are Jess and John; mum and dad to three young, incredible humans. Earlier this year we took the leap and moved our family from Australia to Indonesia, looking for a reset. We had no house or jobs lined up before we left.
