Have you ever had it happen that someone asks you to pray for them but you forget? And later on, they thank you for praying, and you realize you never did? We all have busy lives and it's easy to forget, but when people ask us to pray for them, as Christians, we have a sacred duty actually to pray.

To help not forget, I made this book for myself a few years ago, and then have made it available in case anyone else could use it as well. It fits in your pocket and has places for you to write down who you should be praying for all the time (spouse, children, parents, godparents, etc.) and then also pages for you to pencil in temporary prayer requests in different categories. A number of people have found this useful, including at least one bishop.

Since early on in our marriage, we've struggled with miscarriage. Christ is risen!

The Muliar family, the family of a priest in Ukraine, lost all of their physical possessions during the ongoing crisis in Ukraine.
Fr. Andrew, Matushka Maria, and their six children were trapped near the capital for a few days, during which time their apartment building was hit by a missal and burned to the ground. They escaped with the clothes on their back, but lost all of their possessions - all of their other clothing, children's toys, picture albums of their kids when they were little, and even their car to transport their family in (which was buried under rubble).

They were refugees for a few weeks before finally returning, so that Fr. Andrew could keep serving his parish during these difficult times. Then, last week, on Holy Friday, Matushka Maria's brother Anton was killed near Kharkiv.

Throughout all of this, they have kept their firm faith in God and His providence and have had a remarkable amount of joy in the midst of their sufferings. They have dedicated their lives to serving Christ and His Church.

We'd really like to help them get back on their feet!
