PREDICTED XI ๐Ÿ”ฎ

Wolves will face Chelsea at Molineux this Sunday, with both teams having suffered 2-0 defeats.

The title for this post is โ€œPREDICTED XI,โ€ but this lineup is more of my preference. I know Santi has been linked with a loan move away, but I believe we should give him a chance in the back line.

The only mistake Iโ€™ve seen him make was against Ipswich, which, in all fairness, was his debut. Since then, I think he looked comfortable in the absence of Craig Dawson, and I personally would like to see him play.

If Lima is fully fit, I would also like to see him get some minutes. However, I think it will likely be Doc due to Limaโ€™s young age, and I donโ€™t think Gary will risk that from the start. If itโ€™s 0-0 with seventy-plus minutes played, I think thatโ€™s the perfect time to release Lima onto a tired Chelsea side.

In an exclusive interview with The Express&Star (๐Ÿฅ‡) Chiquinho had expressed his willingness to stay at Wolves this season.

The Portuguese winger recently came back from loan with many questions around his future with Sporting pushing to sign him.

Reports have always been that Wolves have the final say and hold all the cards when deciding if Chiquinho was to leave this season. However, many did question if the player actually wanted to stay himself and this exclusive interview now gives clarity on that.

Chiquinho has admitted that him and Gary havenโ€™t spoke about his future but with the help the manager has given him in training and games the winger feels with Wolves and Oโ€™Neil he can have a great season.
