8 months difference. 8 months of dedication and consistency. I get asked a ton about how I stay so motivated, and honestly my motivation isn’t always there. It’s about being disciplined and pushing yourself. There are times I don’t want to get up and go to the gym, but I go anyways and I ALWAYS feel better and feel accomplished. Seeing the changes and feeling so much healthier is what helps me stay disciplined. I feel good, and that makes me a happier and healthier mom, friend, employee, etc. Also another tip, find a gym you love that’s surrounded with people who have the same passion and drive. Accountability is always more fun with friends!

I made it on the transformation wall!! Such an honor 😭 It’s crazy how much I’ve changed mentally and physically in just 8 months. I’m so grateful for and all the amazing people I’ve met there! 8 months ago I was in the worst shape mentally and physically, but with hard work and dedication, I made a complete lifestyle change. I’m glad to be surrounded with people who are always there to challenge and push me to become better. ❤️ Stay Fit, Don’t Quit 💪🏻

Selfies of the week ✌🏻 it’s crazy because over the last few years I hardly took pictures of myself. I hated being in pictures. I’m at the point now where I’m happy and I’m not self conscious about taking pictures anymore. I’m finally loving myself again. Progress takes time. Change takes time. I’m still getting there, but it’s the little things like being able to comfortably take a picture, that makes a big difference ❤️
