Caramel bread pudding: A simple recipe. INGREDIENTS:1 can of condensed milk (396g). 1 can of evaporated milk (354ml). 2 eggs. 3 loaf breads. 1/4 cup of sugar. THINGS YOU'LL NEED: Mixing bowl. Cake/baking pan. Blender. Cooking pan. Deep cooking pan. Foil. INSTRUCTION:1. Pour 1 can of evaporated milk into a mixing bowl. Soak 3 loaves of bread for approximately 3 minutes. Mix them together in a blender until smooth. *If you don't have a blender, you can manually mash the bread. 2. Put the pureed bread and milk back into the mixing bowl, add 2 eggs and condensed milk. Mix until well combined. 3. Caramelize 1/4 cup of sugar in a cooking pan and transfer it to a cake/baking pan. 4. Once the cake/baking pan has cooled down, you can add the puree to the cake/baking pan and cover it with foil. Place it in a steamer (*If you don't have a steamer, you can boil water in a deep cooking pan). Cook it for 30 to 40 minutes. 5. You can place the pan in the fridge and let it chill for 2 hours, or you can eat it right away.Save this reel to watch it again later.
