I’m a recent convert to the graffiti eggplant. Creating this easy little curry won me over. Find the recipe website or the QR code at the farmgate . Only 3 ingredients - graffiti eggplant, tomatoes and a jar of kasundi!

Serve with seafood or over a bed of rice with dollop of yoghurt😋.

Our first hunts for the year start on January 4, when hunting for summer truffles on a warm summer's day is a superlative Mornington Peninsula experience, made even more enjoyable with tales of truffles and truffle tasting.

's take on the classic pasta dish 'aglio e olio' using our beautiful spring garlic and garlic scapes ❤️

The pasta is tossed through sautéed spring garlic and scapes and topped with chilli flakes and zesty breadcrumbs to give a kick of heat and crunch. In her recipe on our website (link in bio), Fi also gives you the option of adding more greens like broccoli or zucchini (see third pic) if you'd like to up your veg intake 😉
