Let me be honest with you here–The best way to grow and scale as an entrepreneur is to build a team. The biggest mistake I see entrepreneurs making is trying to do everything themselves, it just doesn't work that way!
You should look for people to fill the gaps. Your team members should handle all the aspects of your business you shouldn’t be working on (your weaknesses).
First step–get an assistant, and then expand from there.
