While I was there I read the most amazing book called Horse! It was so meaningful to me and I kept thinking if only I could find some antique art of that beautiful horse Lexington…

Turns out I have owned one for around 8 years or so and it’s been hanging on my wall as just another cool piece of antique equestrian decor!

My movement journey over the years… I started walking for weight loss around age 30 with great Success! 🚶 😊😊 I got into bike riding in my late 30’s and found long bike rides reduced my stress like no other! 🚴 😊😊 My weight was up and down through these times but I always kept moving. I’ve thrown in weight training, cross fit, incline workouts, yoga, and more I probably can’t remember. I’ve had ailments where I thought I may not be able to keep moving the way I like, but I always figured out a way to keep moving! When I blew out my knee, in the middle of Winter I grabbed a stationary bike off FB marketplace and could only do about 10 minute workouts but at least I was still moving! I can’t walk as far and as fast as I used to but with PT and a good knee brace I’m still walking! I’ve now developed plantar fasciitis (booo 🤬) but I just got some heavily cushioned shoes and I’m back at it!! So no matter where you are at JUST MOVE!
