"Honey, I'm at your granddad's house. Where are you?" my husband Alex asked on the phone.
"Hey. I'm getting off work, but I want to go home and sleep in our bed," I replied while driving.
"I might stay here a little longer. Don't wait up for me," Alex told me. I didn't think anything of it and continued on my way. Unfortunately, there was an accident on the road, and it took me an hour to finally reach our house.
I was exhausted but not too tired to notice a strange pair of shoes at the entrance. It was a pair of sneakers, and Alex never wore anything like that. I shrugged and continued inside. I saw him sleeping on our bed and joined him.

I TOOK MY SON TO VISIT MY BOYFRIEND'S PARENTS — I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT HE FOUND IN MY BOYFRIEND'S OLD ROOM.
I've been raising my five-year-old son Luke on my own since forever. My ex hardly ever sees him. Four months ago, I started dating Jake. He seemed like a total catch — a teacher who loves kids. When I introduced him to Luke, they hit it off right away. Recently, Jake invited us to his parents' house by the ocean for some chill time. It sounded perfect, so off we went.
When we got there, Jake showed us his old room. His parents hadn't changed a thing since he moved out. He still slept in his old bed when he visited. Then Jake and I headed downstairs to the living room while Luke stayed behind, playing with Jake's childhood toys.
I was chilling in the living room, and Jake was chatting with his folks in the kitchen. Suddenly, Luke came running downstairs, looking absolutely terrified. He grabbed my hand and urgently pulled me towards the door.

ENTITLED WOMAN RUDELY ORDERS AIRPORT STAFF TO CLEAN AFTER HER DOG – SO I TAUGHT HER A HARSH LESSON.
So, I was in Las Vegas Airport walking to my gate, when I see this woman with a dog on a leash. The dog is in the middle of doing its business right on the airport floor. The woman, completely oblivious, is loudly FaceTiming with her back to the dog. A gentleman nearby tries to get her attention.
"Excuse me, miss?" he says politely. The woman shoots him a glare. "Your dog," he continues, pointing at the scene unfolding behind her.
She rolls her eyes and goes back to her FaceTime, complaining, "Some people are just so damned rude."
When her dog finishes, she starts walking away, leaving the mess on the floor. Another shocked bystander tries to stop her.
"You’re not going to clean that up?" she asks, echoing the disbelief we all felt.
"They have people for that," the woman snaps back. Then, in a tone dripping with entitlement, she throws a nasty "DO YOUR JOB! I'M NOT GOING TO DO IT FOR YOU" at an airport worker and disappears into the crowd.
That made me furious. Nobody on earth is allowed to talk to people like that. So, I was determined to teach that entitled brat a lesson. So, when I saw that same brat near my gate I ⬇️

MY HUSBAND DITCHED US AT THE AIRPORT AND WENT ON VACATION ALONE – MY REVENGE ON HIM WAS HARSH
I had been looking forward to this vacation for months. My husband and I had planned a week-long getaway, and it was supposed to be a break for both of us. We have a 6-month-old daughter, and, as you can imagine, things have been...hectic.
So there we are at the airport, and our little one starts crying uncontrollably right before we’re supposed to board. I take her to the bathroom to calm her down, thinking my husband is right behind us. We get out, and I realize we’re running late. But there’s no sign of my husband.
I whip out my phone to call him, only to get a message from him instead. It’s a selfie of him on the plane, grinning like an idiot, with the caption: “I couldn’t wait any longer. I really need this vacation. I work so hard. Come on the next flight.”
I stood there, shocked and fuming. Our daughter was still fussing, and I had no idea what to do. But then, a perfect plan came to mind. I was not going to let him get away with this.

When I was around 10, my mom left my sister and me with our nightmare of a father. It felt like a betrayal, but I get why she did it. My dad's an alcoholic who thrives on humiliating those around him.
After Mom left, he picked the perfect way to torment me. My sister became the golden child, showered with gifts and affection, while I was labeled the family failure. To survive, I took on any job I could find, even though my dad owned his own company. Meanwhile, my sister flaunted a Gucci bag at school when she was just 12.
This whole "favorite vs. failure" game took its toll. My sister sided with my dad and saw me as the enemy.
Leaving that house at 18 was the happiest moment of my life. I cut off all contact and never looked back. Fast forward 10 years, and out of the blue, I get a letter from my sister. She tells me her son is seriously ill and needs expensive treatment. I felt terrible for the kid and decided to help by visiting her. Little did I know, betrayal was just around the corner.👇

1️⃣ If a Child is having a meltdown. I'm a daycare worker, and I used this trick twice on a kid today who was just having a terrible day. Calmed them right down.
So, if the one is having a meltdown, ask what color their shoes/shirts/pants/whatever clothing they are wearing are. This distracts the child long enough to stop them in the midst of their emotions because they haven't thought about what they're wearing.
2️⃣ Works all the time when I'm TIRED! If you want to enjoy some time UNDISTURBED, tell your kids or grandkids that you're taking a nap, and the KEY thing — when you wake up, all of you are going to ⬇️
