So sad that closing its doors today. So very grateful that I was able to be a part of the creative team a little bit and be allowed to show my creative skills as a dj and curate music for Midnight Dreams over the last few months. It was my pleasure to be able to do this and entertain people that came to this experience. Lol I contributed more to the place than Shaq did. It’s not closing permanently it’s revamping and evolving to bring people a new experience…can’t wait to share what it will be…

I guess this means it’s story time. First I have to put out there I went down with AFIB end of January and found out my kidneys were totally done so they had to put me on dialysis in the hospital and I have been on it ever since. I do it at home 3 times a day no machine. I have finished all my paperwork and other doctor stuff to get on the kidney dinner list so now I just have to wait for the right match to get one. Fast forward to now. While in California I had a sharp pain hit my knee and was stuck in the hotel room til we left…didn’t even get to go to Disney it was so painful. We drove home the next day and went right to the ER. I was admitted on the 23rd. They found infection in my knee and have been loading me up on antibiotics to fight it. As of now it’s good but not gone. I was also so messed up on pain meds…combo of norco and dilated…I was very messed up for a few days. I have lost a lot of control of motor functions and was very shaky. I cut myself off from it and now doing way better. Have full function again and killing it with my PT and OT people. It was I woke up and light bulb and major motivation kicked in saying I can do this and come back. So o am still here getting things level and lower and stable. Maybe looking at going home next week as of now. I appreciate all the love and support from those over the last few weeks while I fight this battle. I have an amazing support system and an amazing family behind me. Thank you all.

Last night was amazing. So humbled that someone let me be creative and curate music for such a killer immersive experience. To see people vibe to the music and visuals all night in all 7 rooms was a crazy experience. The big payoff was when my wife realized one room’s music was all dedicated to her as she heard our wedding music playing…I had to keep this a big secret from her for weeks lol. Everyone had a fun night and I hope you all can check out for Midnight Dreams soon…trust me you will enjoy the vibe of this immersive experience and the lounge atmosphere there as well…again super humble to have someone like this trust and believe in my abilities and have the opportunity to do something like this…

So this is a project I have been working on but really didn’t want to talk much about it until it launched. The day is finally here and I am super pumped and excited to get the opportunity to work with the owner on his vision and allow me to be creative as well. I have never done anything like this ever…so with that said I am happy to let everyone know starting June 10th at Fantasy Lab they are launching a special 21+ experience Thursdays-Saturdays called Midnight Dreams and I have mixed and curated all the music for all 7 rooms. Each room will have a different vibe and may have hidden a personal Easter egg as the saying goes in one of the rooms. This will be something that’s great for date nights, pre game before going out, great stop for girls/guys night out. I am also working on mixes for the lounge during this experience as well. Very humble to have them believe in me and my talent I can provide for them. The link for tickets will be on the comments.
