Every time we host one of our men's circles, we take a photo. It's optional for everyone. Those who say yes add a little crazy, and we snap the shot. 📸

We use these photos to document our journey to ten thousand men in our men's gatherings.

After today's circle, we're on 497 / 10,000 💪

Although this circle is for men, brothers attend our events to be better fathers to their kids, better husbands for their partners and better leaders for us all.

An early definition of courage means "from the heart.

Men in our community are committed to living from the heart, even when life challenges us, and we feel like we want to close up.

I am grateful to host these powerful healing spaces each month. Thank you to the 17 brothers who did the work today.

Imagine this: you're 86 years old. Your body and life are coming to an end. The people you love are around you, and you're reflecting on your life.

What stories will you have to tell?

Did you live each day to the fullest, pursuing your dreams and sharing your gifts?

Were you an inspiring role model to your kids, friends, and family, representing a life well lived?

Or, do you feel like you've left some of life on the table?
Played it safe and didn't follow your passions?

Research shows that men at the end of life say that their biggest regret is the opportunities they didn't take.

Relationships, jobs or locations that didn't feel like a f**k yes - but they lacked the courage to make a different choice.

So, before you reach this final reckoning in your life, recognise the gift in front of you right now—your second mountain.

Your second mountain is an idea that men in their 40s, and 50s receive a second challenge to complete in their lives.

The best way to think about your second mountain is through a question:

After you've been successful, what comes next?

It's an enquiry about what it means to live a meaningful life, and the suggestion is to contemplate what would make your remaining years truly noteworthy.

🔥Are you ready to speak on stage?
🔥Do you have a book you want to write?
🔥You may be ready to be a coach and help raise consciousness of the planet.
🔥Or do you want to share your wisdom and life experiences through teaching others?

This week, one of my mentors shared this quote:
"You don't need to worry about progressing slowly. You need to worry about climbing the wrong mountain."

Sadly, most men don't do anything about this opportunity.

They numb their frustration and ignore their soul's calling to share the gifts they've been given.

Life flies by, and if you don't take time to plan and act on your second mountain, you will stay exactly where you are right now and possibly return to dust without fully living.

But there is a way through for you ... and it's fun, challenging and luxurious.

If you aren’t clear on what you want from life, it would be unreasonable to get upset if things don’t go according to plan.

That’s like not having a map, leaving the house and wandering around aimlessly and then being pi**ed off that you didn’t arrive where you’d planned - you didn’t have a plan.

Here is my process called the manifestation game plan I use to place orders for the things I want in my life.

Six steps of the Manifestation Game Plan:
1. Desire: connect with the desire of what you want to call in.

2. Place the order: Create a visual image of what you want and state your desire clearly. “Spend some time sailing with people I love”.

3. Declutter. Clear anything that is blocking your order, including limiting beliefs and energetic or physical messiness. There needs to be space for what you’re calling in.

4. Pay for your order with “belief”. Beliefs create your reality. Gratitude, patience, inspired action, “living as if”, and fun are the keys to building belief and paying for your order.

5. Release. Let go of the “how” and trust that your order will show up when you’re a match for what you want in your life.

6. Order Delivered: Celebrate 🍾 and take a moment to recognise your power in creating your reality and the magic of the entire process unfolding in your life.

In a few days, we will board for a week of sailing the Baja coast in Mexico with and .

When I looked at a photo of the SunsetO yacht, I suddenly remembered I’d placed an order to go sailing. The second image in this post is a random image I liked from a Google Image search in July 2019 when I added “do more sailing” to my Orders Board with this picture.
