Stop telling yourself you have not willpower.

That’s negative.
Negativity will rot you from the inside out and hold you back from your true potential!

You will always believe whatever you tell yourself so if you keep telling yourself you have a lack of willpower, you will have to prove that to yourself by doing things that you don’t want to do.

This is where you have to stop telling yourself you have a lack of willpower and start to build a new foundational relationship with yourself.

Get in front of your own B.S. story..

Stop criticizing, diminishing, minimizing, and misleading yourself.

You are and extraordinary person and you get to live and extraordinary life.

Stop trying to “fit in” and embrace your uniqueness.

You have the power of your will sitting right there… all you have to do is stop fighting yourself!
Take back your power and will from within!

Hi ladies! My 2025 power word is THRIVE!!

To me thrive means:

1. 💜 Manifest the outcomes that you want by starting to act like her, think like her, believe the the things that she believes, so that you can get to her through small micro decisions that you make daily.

2. 🧡Embrace the power of the AND. This means that you will accept yourself right where you’re at AND give yourself permission to change.

3. 💚Pay attention to one thing at a time and know that multi-tasking means that nothing will get your full attention.

4. ❤️Pay close attention to the micro decisions that you make when you’re alone. If you think no one is watching you, just look in the mirror.

5. 💙Steer clear of fear, worry, ruminating, past beliefs, negative chatter, idol gossip, mindless scrolling, assuming what others are thinking, and anything that sucks away your time.

💕Time is a non renewable resource. ⏳

💕While Energy is renewable, it’s not to be wasted. Instead of talking yourself out of things, why not spend 2025 talking yourself into things?

💕The universe is not short of wake up calls, most people are quick to hit the snooze button!

How to Overcome Holiday Triggers so that you don’t feel like you have to eat every emotion.

Holiday times can become stressful if you let them take over your mindset.

Especially, if you’re stuck in the mental state of feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, frightened, or you lack confidence to begin with.

The holidays can then add an extra layer or pressure which can be just enough to tip you over the edge into survival mode.

Today, I want to teach you 3 simple ways to think about how to manage your emotions in a whole new way.

Turn “impossible” into “I’m possible”.

And remember these 3 things:

1. There are no emergencies . If there is an emergency, you will know exactly what to do.

2. Stay in your own lane. Do not make other people’s problems into your problems.

3. If it’s on your plate, it’s because you’ve ordered it.

With these simple instructions you can navigate through the holidays with a clear mind, a simple plan to keep yourself present.

We want to empower women across the world to heal their relationship with themselves, so that they can heal their relationship with food.

🤦🏻‍♀️Once upon a time, I struggled with severe low self-esteem- I compared myself to others a lot and this made me feel less than.

🤦🏻‍♀️I struggled with negative energy about myself which caused to me call myself names like disgusting, fat, & ugly.

🤦🏻‍♀️I got angry at myself easily and was constantly berating myself for doing things wrong.

🤦🏻‍♀️I had several bouts of severe anxiety and unreasonable expectations of myself that caused to to feel like I was drowning for half my life.

🤦🏻‍♀️I was sad a lot & was always ruminating about the past like things that happened years ago happened yesterday.

🤦🏻‍♀️I had a debilitating fear of the unknown. This caused some of my emotions to freeze and stand still in time.

❤️‍🩹 I was stuck and I knew it, but I didn’t know any other way to be.

💜Until one day, I learned “that I didn’t HAVE to believe everything that I was thinking”

🤩That some of my thoughts were the same thoughts that were MEANT to keep me stuck.

☀️Suddenly, a cloud began to life. I had miles left to go on my journey of self discovery, yet I could feel the power inside of me already igniting.

Picture yourself feeling alone and unsure of yourself.

You ask doctors for a solution and the best they can do is offer you meds…

🤷🏻‍♀️Can you imagine eating just because you’re hungry not having to remember to not overeat?

🤷🏻‍♀️Can you imagine naturally pushing your plate away once you’re full even if it’s not clean?

🤷🏻‍♀️Can you imagine being at a party and not having to think if you’re going to sneak something extra to eat when nobody’s looking?

🤦🏻‍♀️Can you imagine going to a restaurant and not having to look at the menu ahead of time because you’re worried about what you can choose that’s on your diet plan?

🤦🏻‍♀️Can you imagine talking to your family members, friends, co workers without having to worry if someone is going to say something that will trigger you to want to stress eat?

🤦🏻‍♀️Can you imagine being so confident in yourself that your feelings don’t get hurt by what other people say, so you will never want to use food for comfort?

🙅🏻‍♀️Can you imagine doing whatever you want without having to worry about hurting someone else’s feelings with your choices.

🙅🏻‍♀️Can you imagine being able to play with your kids or grandkids without having mobility issues because you focus on daily movement.

🙋🏻‍♀️Can you imagine being able to say no to someone without feeling bad to guilty afterwards?

🙋🏻‍♀️Can you imagine having the confidence, mindsets, good feelings about yourself that last every day and are not attached to a number on the scale or a good deed you’ve done?

🙋🏻‍♀️Can you imagine every day being a day that you do not have to:

Cry
Get your feelings hurt, Compromise what you want, Isolate
Feel stressed,
Overwhelmed,
Angry,
Weak or less than,
Taken advantage of,
Judged,
Criticized,
Exhausted
Sad, lost, lonely, or bored.

Breaking free of the ‘lifetime diet’ is an incredibly liberating feeling. Trusting yourself around food, quieting the constant food noise, having confidence to be ‘normal’ around all types of food..

For 30 years I didn’t trust myself around food. I’d eat secretly, hiding the lack of control. I had no idea how to stop doing it other than keeping myself on a diet to keep that control. But even that didn’t work.

It just left me scared, worried, and emotionally exhausted.

When I understood that dieting was not a way to live, I was able to find the root cause of the problem and break down the barriers to fixing myself. And once I did, overeating became a thing of the past.

My cravings disappeared.
I felt calmer. I didn’t have to avoid food or social situations.
I lost weight and gained confidence.

But most of all, I learned that it wasn’t about the food. It was about recognizing and removing the habits that had built up over time. Sneaking into my everyday life and sabotaging my efforts to be healthy.
