The Lakewood Fire Department is doing monthly car seat safety checks. Our next event will be held on Sunday, March 10th from 9 AM to 12 PM at Fire Station #1, 14601 Madison Avenue. Reminder: Healthy Lakewood Foundation (HLF) is currently recruiting for one open position on its Board of Directors. Younger members of the community (ages 21 – 30) are especially encouraged to apply to HLF’s Board.

At this time, only Lakewood residents can be considered for this open position, per the organization’s by-laws.
