All you have to do to make a change is start. That's literally it. You can figure things out along the way.

This has been my mantra in recent months and I come back to it every time my mind tries to trick me with false scenarios and overthinking.

Sometimes, the initial step can be the most difficult part and then you gain momentum and things become easier. Just like climbing a peak and then gently descending.

If it's not working, you can always slow down or take a step back and adjust. Not everything in life goes as planned, but you'll never be able to achieve your goals without getting out of your comfort zone first. ✨

You can't be productive if you don't take care of yourself. 🍰

We all have bad days (sometimes weeks) when things get too much.
I have been really feeling it lately. Long and busy shifts, lack of sleep (sometimes i have to push through the day on just 3 hours 🫠), lack of appetite and poor nutrition (as a result of all of the above), dip in mental health - you name it.

Subsequently, I have less time/energy to exercise and rest, which makes things even worse. And it feels like all my tasks are piling up each day, making me feel really overwhelmed. But I've learned that on days like this I lack focus, and productivity turns into procrastination instead.

My point? Take a break, eat that cake and get some sleep because tomorrow's another day!
