ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਅਰਜਨ ਦੇਵ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਬਾਬਾ ਬੁੱਢਾ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸੀਸ ਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਆਦਿ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦਾ ਪਾਵਨ ਸਰੂਪ ਸ਼ੁਸ਼ੋਭਿਤ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਆਪ ਚਵਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਵਿਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਬਾ ਬੁੱਢਾ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਬਾਬਾ ਬੁੱਢਾ ਜੀ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਹੁਕਮਨਾਮਾ ਜੋ ਸਿੱਖ ਪੰਥ ਚ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ।

The Chairman, Child Rights Commission, Punjab Subject: for taking cognizance of video in which Mrs. Anju Saini Choudary, school Principal posted at Ropar has been slapping a school girl. Sir, A video (file enclosed) is being circulated on social media in which Mrs. Anju Saini Chowdhary, a school Principal has been slapping a school girl in front of all students on stage. We would like to request youbto take cognizance of the matter on following points: 1. What were the circumstances which leaded to this incident? 2. Who filmed this video and instead of filing complaint before the authorities, he/she uploaded it on the social media which results to the embarassment for a girl child for the life? 3. Is the Principal empowered under the rules and law allowed to slap a child in morning assembly or full public view? If not, strict action against the said principal must also be taken.
