Story is your greatest marketing weapon, because it compels people to listen. Here’s your marketing storyline in a nutshell:

Your CUSTOMER 🧑 wants something and encounters a PROBLEM 🛑 preventing them from getting what they want.

At the peak of their despair, YOU🚶step into their lives, give them a PLAN📝 to solve their problem (buying your product) and call them to ACTION.💥

Their purchase helps them avoid FAILURE ⛈️ and get what they WANT. ☀️

Did you know that every relationship with a customer moves though the same 3 phases?

❓ Stage 1: Curiosity
How are you drawing your potential customer in? Tip: the only thing that makes a customer curious about you is if you have something that will help them survive and thrive.

💡 Stage 2: Enlightenment
After we've piqued a customer's curiosity, they want to learn more. When we enlighten our customers, we tell them HOW we can help them survive. Without this, a relationship will fizzle.

🤝 Stage 3: Commitment
A commitment translates to a purchase. Only after a customer has passed through stages 1 & 2 will they be willing to commit. Not before.

Someone will only put their money on the line (commit!) after you've made them curious and you've enlightened them. A lot of marketing campaigns ask for the commitment way too soon, and that leads to very few sales. If you ask for a commitment for the customer is ready, you come off as pushy and demanding. Take the time to go through all 3 stages instead!

I provided art direction for a custom photoshoot featuring the many amenities of the luxury vacation getaway and mocked up a couple of website layout options for their team to choose from.

They then built the custom site to help guests book their perfect group getaway in Highlands, NC.
