Actual Films is currently looking to hire a full-time Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant to work at our independent documentary production company. This will be an in-office position at our studio at the Presidio in San Francisco as COVID safety allows for in-person work. Qualifications include 2+ years of work experience. We are seeking a hungry, bright, culturally competent self-starter who is exceptionally detail-oriented, a good communicator and who is interested in documentary film. This is an entry level position. Individual should be available for some communication in off hours as needed. Ability to drive with valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is preferred, but not required.
