Many a weekend is spent covering car events around SoCal. This is a new one that was started by a friend of mine. The event is a cruise night at a different location each time. This time it was on York Blvd in Los Angeles. It was a wonderful event and gave me a chance to work on my night photography.

Another unbelievable Customs Cruise! This is the second event they have had so far and it was epic. So many awesome customs and traditional hot rods along with some very cool classics and other vehicular contraptions as well. A ton of photographer friends and car friends as well.

I have turned my experience in the automotive industry into the Wes Nielsen Company. My passion for all things automotive comes in many forms, and in 2013 I turned my true love of old cars and car shows into The Daily Driver Project. I share that love with fellow vintage automotive enthusiasts through pictures and videos from shows all over Southern California.
