Here's my latest episode of the Tin Roof Farm Radio Show featuring San Francisco chef Laura Pauli. A side benefit of her first cooking job was getting to walk the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival. Later she cooked on the set of the DaVinci Code for Ron Howard and Tom Hanks. She has an entertaining story and we share a common bond of cooking for World Central Kitchen in Poland.

The latest episode of the Tin Roof Farm podcast is out. I've got a Christmas story of mine followed up with an interview with Chef Tony Keely of Northampton Wine Cafe, one of my favorite restaurants in Greenville.

"A farm’s organic certification is good for a year. It doesn’t get used up by sales. If a farmer has only a dozen organic apple trees, but agrees to sell you a million organic apples, you’re unlikely to learn that you have a problem merely by looking at the orchard’s certification."

Good Sunday morning. Today's reading is a story I wrote for my daughter's 3rd grade class at Sara Collins Elementary. Chipmunk City from 2004.
