I have diastasis recti after the twins. I basically got to big with them that my abs ripped apart and didn’t come back together because they stretched so far. I could put 4 fingers where my abs were supposed go be and there was a hole. I was told by my physical therapist that no amount of working out would repair it and I would need surgery. But I’ve been working out and doing DR repair except to at least try. I’ve brought it down to a 2 finger gap, and am still working on it. But I’m really happy with my progress 🤍
