Let’s get vulnerable here... It’s 4:30am and I’m wide awake, tossing and turning. My mind is racing with a mix of emotions - stress, anxiety, worry, hope, happiness, and encouragement all at once.

As a mom and business owner, the pressure to succeed is real. I want to be everything for my child, but the truth is, I can’t. I can’t always make it to every football game, be there for extra help with homework, or cook a hot meal for dinner. The guilt is overwhelming.

But here’s the thing - owning a business means working ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. Nonstop. No days off, no vacations, no sick leave. And for many of us, it means working a “normal job” on top of that. It’s like having two full-time jobs, with no pause button.

It’s extremely exhausting, both mentally and physically. It’s not for the weak. There are days when I feel like I’m running on empty, but I can’t stop. I have to keep going, for my child, for my business, and for myself.

I’m just gunna say it- I wish people would support their friends’ and family members’ small businesses like they do the celebrities they don’t even know. The Jordan’s, designer purses and shoes, the Kardashian lip kits. These people don’t care about you. The same energy you use to buy merchandise and support a famous person’s business, use it to support the people you know and that small purchase would mean keeping their lights on that month.

So, to all the fellow moms and business owners out there, I see you. I feel you. And I’m right there with you, in the trenches, trying to make it all work.

Let’s be kind to ourselves, and to each other. Let’s support each other’s dreams, and lift each other up.

Let me make one thing clear...

No one - man, woman, or human - should EVER shame, judge, or look down on anyone who does something that makes them feel confident, brave, and happy.

Booking a bo***ir photo shoot is a personal choice, and it's a powerful way to embrace self-love and body acceptance. Unless you've experienced it yourself, you wouldn't understand the transformative power it holds.

Let's celebrate individuality and self-expression, rather than judging or shaming others for their choices. Let's uplift and support each other in our journeys towards self-love and acceptance.

Remember, confidence is beautiful, and self-love is the best accessory.

And because I believe in “practice what you preach” I’ve decided I’M going to do more bo***ir sessions of myself too. So here’s one with my new truck. Haha

2024: My Year of Transformation

This year has been a rollercoaster of emotions, challenges, and growth. It's forced me to confront my deepest fears, insecurities, and limitations. But in doing so, it's also revealed my greatest strengths, resilience, and potential.

I've struggled, I've stumbled, but I've never given up. And that's the greatest triumph of all. I've discovered a newfound appreciation for my mental and physical health, and I'm working tirelessly to nurture and prioritize them.
I had some very scary health concerns that I had to face and fix. I had to cut out things that were toxic and harmful to me. And that includes people as well. Some people can be just as toxic and dangerous to your health. Don’t be afraid to cut the cord that they tug on you to heal yourself.

I'm learning to love myself, flaws and all, and to embrace my individuality. I'm breaking free from societal expectations and forging my own path. And it's liberating!
People will judge me… but they’re already judging. So, why put so much energy and worry into what others think? Their opinions won’t pay your bills, won’t heal your trauma, and won’t make you happy within.

As I continue on this journey, I know that the best is yet to come. New adventures, new connections, and new experiences await. And I'm ready to embrace them all with open arms and an open heart.

Running 9 IG pages, 4 tiktok pages, 6 pages, a VIP page for bo***ir, maintaining my editing, side hustles, personal goals and normal life.. this is how I try to keep organized.
I wake at 6am everyday. I know I’m supposed to allow myself some “me” time to relax and wake with the sun but if you are a parent or run a company…you know that’s not happening.

After doing this for yearssss now I’ve gotta the hang of it. But some days are harder than others. A lot of my days look a lot busier than this but I figured I share since I get a TON of messages asking.
