For those who are not Christian on the panel, does it bother you to see members of your religion celebrate Christmas, even if it’s only a purely secular way of doing so (a tree, Santa, gifts, etc.)? And to those who are Christian, I’d like to know if it bothers you to see non-Christians doing th...

With gratitude to the Holy One of Blessing, I am excited to announce the publication of Reflections on the Psalms!

Discover how the Psalms can inspire you to engage significant contemporary issues. This is not a commentary on the meaning and message of the Psalms; rather, this book considers the Psalms as a collection of phrases and images that invite us into brief meditations using Jewish wisdom for spiritual development.

Reflections on the Psalms, published by Luminescence LLC, is available on Amazon.

Rabbi David Wolpe, author of Making Loss Matter: Creating Meaning in Difficult Times and David, the Divided Heart:
Rabbi Krishef has opened the insight and beauty of the Psalms on two levels: a deeper resonance with its wisdom, and the possibility of adding our voices and experiences to its rippling circles of love. This is a book to savor and to treasure.

Reflections on the Psalms

How do you all feel about people who belong to a religion other than yours, but "borrow" elements of yours such as rituals, language and spiritual practices in an effort to fulfill their own lives?

18/07/2023

How concerned are you about violence being directed at members of your religion at this very fragile time?

11/07/2023

How do congregations survive if there is a schism in their attitude toward their religious leader? A house divided WILL fall.

03/07/2023

Am I obligated to forgive someone who hurt me? What if they say they're sorry, but continue the behavior? What if I know they mean well and are motivated out of love (but it's still harmful)?

Proverbs 28:26 says that "Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered." Why is it wrong to trust in oneself?
