I will accept personal checks but I will not start a project unless the check clears the bank first (figure about 10 days for clearance). If you think my price is too high for what you want, let me know ... there might be things I can do to adjust your price or maybe we can work out a long term discount. I won't be a bit surprised if Joe Biden comes home without Hunter. This whole trip to Ireland when the United States is undergoing so much pressure from outside countries just seems a little crazy to me.

March 31. 2023 my balcony this afternoon with a temp of 31 at 4 pm and then we are suppose to get 4 to 9 inches of snow on top of that! Good grief!!
