We visited many Montessori schools for our film, Inside Montessori, so it was extra special to be with Abdi Botan at Acacia Montessori for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Center for Prevention’s Cultural Humility series. Acacia strengthens students’ connections with Somali culture by incorporating elements of Somali language, history, art and values.

Andriy Kostin, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, and Simon Adams, CVT’s President and CEO, discussed the torture in Ukraine. The first series of Cultural Humility videos for Center for Prevention at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota was so successful, we’re already hard at work on the second series! Our state is vibrant and diverse, and we all have so much to learn about our neighbors. We are already humbled and thankful for the incredible people we have met and interviewed for these videos.
We are so thankful to Ibrahim Hirsi who shared his wisdom and insight with us and the Somali Museum of Minnesota who opened their doors to us for our Cultural Humility video series for Center for Prevention at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota.

We had an incredible time filming with artist Tomás Araya Biagetti at the Kitty Andersen Youth Science Center at the Science Museum of Minnesota for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Center for Prevention's Cultural Humility series. His mural reminds us about the power of nature in our lives.
