After Meg passed I promised myself I would live for us both and do the things that she wanted to do and I will always carry that legacy with me.

🫂 TEEN AND ADOLESCENTS SESSIONS 🫂21 for Meg will be supporting teen and adolescent sessions 💜The sessions will include yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and other holistic therapies. They are designed to help with stress, anxiety, low mood, self-worth, and self-acceptance. These sessions will be starting in June, running fortnightly. Session 1 - 12-15 years Session 2 - 16-23 years These sessions are completely free to those who need support right now. If you, or someone you know is suffering please share this post. Meg suffered mentally when she was 12 years old having a cancer diagnosis and needed support like this to help her navigate, it wasn’t available back then. Now, in her memory it’s is available and it is free and will remain free for young people to access this service. If we can come together and give young people tools and support that will help them navigate life, find freedom and go on to live life to the fullest. If you can fill this in or send it to the person you want to t attend these session that will help. You can also share on your story to help raise awareness 💜 LINK IN COMMENTS 💜

Together we will start a journey of unfolding together using breath, movement and meditation. Starting a journey to deepen your practice with the self.
If you are new to yoga or just want to come and go back to the basic for a while, this block of yoga is suitable for you.
We will be using the beautiful practice of Hatha yoga - (meaning ha - sun and the - moon) - the two energies that flow through us continually.
I will guide you to understand your energies and bring to you an understanding of what our chakra system is and how you can learn to understand it on a deeper level.
We will go on a journey together during this 6- week programme and the tools and practices you will experience will guide you into the phase of your journey with a better understanding of your mind-body connection 🤍

COFFEE CAKE 🫶🏼
This cake is filled with goodness.
It’s a protein banana bread that’s loaded with mushroom power 🍄
This is the recipe and also I have a special code for those who love to hack their brain health.
Recipe
3 - super ripe banana ls
75ml - oil (I used an omega 3 algae oil - for the brain)
100ml- honey or agave or coconut sugar
275g - flour (coconut, plain or almond)
2 heaped tsp- coffee I used @no.ordinary.moments.co (I have a code)
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
Handful cranberries and choc chips
Mash the bananas, add the oil, honey (sugar) then the flour, coffee and protein powder mix well until smooth.
Line a loaf tin, pour it all in the tin, heat the oven to 180 fan, cook for 20 mins, check then cover if needed, then cook for another 20 mins and you got yourself a brain focus cake.

She would have been 21 this year, I would give anything to have seen her shine her light on her magical 21st ❤️
If you ever met her you were so lucky, because she was so special and had the biggest heart ❤️
Her light keeps shining but I wish with all my heart ❤️ I could chat with her every day, she was my everything. I always felt so blessed to have two beautiful humans and when one got taken away, we were broken 💔
Meg would have 21 next month and to honour her energy and her soul, I’m doing 21 things for Meg’s 21st!
