This weekend I go to watch

I bought meg tickets to see them when she was hospital, I was willing her to get better! I just wanted her to make it ❤️

We all know the outcome, it will never get easier, ever ❤️

When she passed away I had these tickets, didn’t know what to do with them and them and decided me and were going in her memory to dance and sing our heads off in her memory, that’s all we could do ❤️

That night was everything, the crowd, the atmosphere, the energy ❤️

She was there, yes girl., I love you so much ❤️

I’m going to sing my head off for you Saturday, we will be there together my beautiful girl

I love you forever and always ❤️❤️

Moments 🤍

This little verse resonates so much with me. I think others who have lost loved ones will feel the same.

I often think of Meg (and my other loved ones who have passed over) are present with me at significant moments in my life.

Often, there are little signs, messages and sometimes experiences (you can be in the dream state as well) that will stop you in your tracks, and you feel a sudden rush of energy pass through you.

I like to believe that at that moment in time, you connected again on an energetic level. She could see me and knew I needed her; even tho I could not see her beautiful face, she let me feel her energy and held me there for that brief moment.

A moment of bliss, of connection again and a reminder that we do not die, and that’s the end; we are moving along on our soul's journey 🤍

If you are feeling lost and alone after the loss of your loved one, allow yourself space to connect back to nature, maybe to the things you loved doing together, and you will slowly start to feel your person(s) energies by the side of you, for they will never leave you when you need them the most🤍

So maybe touch the mirror, close your eyes, and then imagine their hand touching your hand and feel that moment of connection again 🤍🕊️

Thank you, , for this beautiful verse. You are a gift to this world and a healer of words to so many who are at a loss 🤍

Svadhisthana - one’s own place 🧡

The sacral chakra - this weeks practices are all about the second chakra

Element is water

Chant is Vam

Affirmation - I feel

This week we go on a journey to find the polarities of our practice.

We find the effort and then allow ourselves to feel the surrender.

We find movement while appreciating the stillness.

Located below the naval the sacral chakra governs our sexuality, sensuality, how we express our needs, can we let go?

Are we lacking emotional balance in life?

Do we have creative blocks in how we move through life.

I like to think of this chakra as a river (element is water) and in our river (within the body) we come across rocks or boulders and through movement, pranayama and meditation we can start to dislodge these boulders (energetic block) and allow our internal river to flow freely again.

Blockages - you be feeling compulsive or even have obsessive behaviours, emotional problems or maybe the feeling of guilt takes hold of you.

I invite you to step into these emotions and feelings, go and explore where you are triggered, where you feel stuck, and maybe where you feel held back.

Tune into your sacral chakra when these feelings, emotions and memories come up and allow yourself to explore all the sensations that arise for you.

Affirmations

I feel deeply

I am open to receive

I am ready to explore in order to let go

This is our chakra or pleasure and creativity - give yourself the gift of expanding and bringing more into your life.

We are here to feel and experience moments of bliss and when we tune in we can truly let go and that is when the bliss state arrives within 🧡

Sunday I jump in Megan Jones memory for 2Wish 💙

Without this charity and the support that we had access to try and come terms with losing my daughter, who was also a beloved sister, granddaughter, and niece we would not be where we are today that is for sure.

They provide counselling support and holistic services that help with processing the loss of a child.

I genuinely think it is the the hardest thing you go through, you never ever expect to lose your little human, they are your life, seeing them grow, achieve and live life is the most incredible gift a parent could ever have 🥹🥰

So Sunday is a jump for both Megan and Morgan because through the pain of losing Meg we have found light and seen Morgan shine and live for them both and for that I am grateful 🥰

Can we raise our hands in the air for love 🙌🏻

When we come together, join forces, and connect our energies, we start to ignite a charge that lifts us and grounds us back to our true, authentic selves.

We are humans here to have a human experience.

Humans love connections and being part of communities.

We can only do so much on our own

We need others to lift us when we feel low, when we feel like giving up, or even when we are scared to jump into the unknown.

We need that love and community behind us 🥰

When we let go of fear and step into the power of love (song break out there 😅) and look at our fellow humans with love and compassion.

Even the ones who did us wrong made our lives hell or are not lovely humans.

When we can hold a piece of love for them, we can let go of the emotions that ultimately keep us stuck, not them who have done us wrong; they are carrying on with their lives, unaware that we are holding onto this feeling of hate, resentment or anger.

When we do this, we can achieve our version of bliss and internal freedom 💕

The more we let go, the more we release anger, the more we release the need to control our lives and others, the more freedom will come into our lives.

You may think, “Yeah, easy for you to say, Em”. But if you don’t, you fill yourself with hate and anger, which eats away at you.

Why would you want to feed that in your life?

Let them go!

Send them on their way while still holding love in your heart!

I’ve worked hard on this, like you wouldn’t believe!

I still get my days, but I stop myself and come back!

Do some movement, surround yourself with humans who light me up and find some laughter 🥰

My week's theme in class has been gratitude - the simplest of feelings but the one we forget about the most!

Solstice Ceremony ☀️🫶🏼☀️

We cannot wait to welcome you tonight; it will be a special evening 💛

We have now entered full moon energy, and the energy of the solstice is around us. The moon asks us to notice how our internalised conditioning impacts us, restricts us, and prevents us from connecting to what we have come here to experience.

We release these deep-conditioned beliefs tonight; we start to unravel, not allowing the limitations we put on ourselves to stop us anymore.

Solis - Meaning Sun, Stitium - Meaning still - The standing sun - is celebrated in many traditions worldwide; this time of year is an astrological party in the sky where our ancestors would celebrate the birth of summer and abundance.

Tonight, we will connect back to our Welsh roots and our ancestors who paved the way for the life experiences that we have now. We have an abundant, mystical, and rich Welsh history and land with powerful healing energy. Tonight, we will celebrate light and darkness and our ongoing opportunities for renewal and change.

What can we bring to fruition?
Where in our lives are we living in excess?
Where in our lives might we be lacking?

Some questions for you to ponder before tonight 💛
What to bring:

Yoga mat, blanket, or towel
Pen
Warm clothes and a blanket (it can get cold)
Cup (unsure if I have enough)

The brain, anxiety, and a good night’s sleep 😴

Something I have suffered with and I wanted to share the things that I learned and also some things I do to help me with sleeping and feeling good.

Today, we will go on a journey together to let go of attachment.

Do you feel like you hold onto things?

Do you feel stuck and unable to let go of people, memories, objects, or a life passed by?

This meditation will help you release these attachments and bring more space into your life, your body, and your mind.

When we have too much clutter in our lives, whether physical, emotional, or energetic, we become stuck, unable to see the wood for the trees.

The more we start decluttering unwanted energies, the more we feel free, and the more we can go on to live our lives exactly as we dreamed.

This summer will be my fifth year sharing meditations and yoga on Aberavon beach ✨☀️

To celebrate Megan’s heavenly 21st this year all the money donated will be going to charity and also to support teenagers and adolescents with mental health.

The donations will support me to offer free sessions that will provide a safe space to have some time out of life. The donations will pay towards the venue and my time is free for this.

It’s part of Megan’s legacy 💜

I would love for you to share the beach yoga events and this post 🥰 as it gets it out to the wider audience and that’s means we can help more people experience yoga and also support young adults suffering with mental health right now 💜

Saturday 11 May - 9:30am - francos - bring your children along as well, they can join in or play in the sand 🧘‍♀️

Morning 🫶🏼☀️

I guess you’ve seen I’ve added some beach yoga this week.

The reason for this post is that, I am going to use some of the money from the donations to set up sessions for teenagers and adolescents.

The money used will only be for the rental of the venue and my time is donated for free.

The sessions will include yoga, meditation, breath ans journaling. The sessions will be free for everyone.

I want to make this service accessible for those who are suffering from mental health right now.

Two sessions twice a month

Age group - 12-15 years and 16-24 years

I will run these separate and they will be fortnightly sessions for one hour.

Please share this information with someone or a family that might need this support for their young person.

I know the importance of this kind of support and how it can transform a life.

21 for Meg 💜

30th June I’m doing a skydive for 2wish. I’m super scared of this one, I’m scared of heights and am doing this for Megan and Morgan, because I am so proud of them both even tho Meg is no longer with us.

Her strength is now my determination is keep living life to the absolute fullest and I know Morgan feels the same.

If you could spare anything to support this I would be so grateful. I will be hosting a yoga wellness event in May and all the money from that event will go to 2wish charity.

This year was about supporting the charities close to Megan’s and our hearts 💜

Laughter is medicine for the soul 🫶🏼

I saw a post on IG today about laughter, and it made me think about laughter for me.

I laugh a lot. If you know me in person, visit my classes and hang out with me. You know I laugh a little 😅

I thought today, why do I laugh so much? Honestly, I don’t know.

All my school reports from a young age were Emma is always laughing; Emma is a happy child, but does not stop talking or laughing 🙈😅

Maybe trauma throughout my life made me respond this way instead of feeling anger. Who knows. But what I love about laughing is that it’s an emotion that can change your mood instantly.

I’ve been with friends, and we have started laughing, but it’s turned into peeing yourself because you can’t stop. We’ve all been there.

But, on a more serious note, laughter is seeing light in the world when sometimes there is so much darkness around us.

Seeking out experiences and people that help us laugh, see light, and know that it’s ok to find the funny side of life. Because laughter eases your pain inside.

When Meg passed away, I couldn’t deal with the grief. It was horrible, and it made me feel sick and have pain inside like I’ve never experienced before.

My best friend gave me a gift of laughter; we were on a journey together, and my healing came from laughing. I didn’t do the conventional healing route.

I went clubbing, I went to festivals, I went travelling, I went anywhere I knew I would have fun because that is what I needed at that time after Meg passed.

We had the most incredible summer and did everything on our vision board. We did it through deep pain and trauma (for both, she lived my life, and it was hard for her), but we chose the light.

That’s where laughter comes along as medicine; this post reminds you that you can laugh and feel pain simultaneously.

You can carry on living when you have lost something so dear to you.

You can keep being the person you came here to be, even when feeling this pain.

So, keep laughing, keep loving, and most of all, don’t take yourself too seriously; life is way too short for that 🫶🏼

What does self love look like for you? 🤍

There is so much out there right now telling us we should be doing this. We should be buying this next product that will miraculously change our lives, getting our steps in, meditation, yoga, lifting weights, the list goes on and on…

Expending our energy trying to fill our time with outwardly experiences can often leave us feeling deflated and energy zapped!

Sometimes, all we need is to remove ourselves from the outside world, run a bath and soak our lives away.

The point of this post is to remember that we don’t need all these things to make us a better person.

You are already that.

We have to take time to remember that and explore our internal self, who is waiting patiently to let you know that you are all the love 🤍

To truly love others, you must start by learning the most challenging part of the love you’ll ever have to do.

Loving yourself unconditionally

Loving yourself exactly as you are

Loving yourself for everything you’ve ever been through

Loving yourself for finding that strength to come back when you couldn’t see a way

Loving yourself because you are worthy of love

Loving yourself because why the hell not!!!

Be wild, be free, don’t fit into society, break free and watch yourself bloom with love for yourself and the life that’s waiting for you 🤍

SELF LOVE starts within ✨

I AM WORTHY
I AM LEARNING TO LOVE MYSELF
I DESERVE LOVE
