ection. He is the official photographer for several major jazz festivals such as the Exit 0, Saratoga, Montclair and the Newport Jazz Festival. He is also the official photographer for the Birdland Jazz Club in New York City and
for several non-profit organizations such as The Jazz The Foundation of America , The Louis Armstrong Foundation. He is a contributing photographer for the online publications, All About Jazz and I Rock Jazz. His clients include The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Rubin Museum of Art, The National Jazz Museum in Harlem. Verve Records and the Corbis Stock Agencv . His work has been published in the New York Times. Downbeat and Jazz Times Magazines. The Jazz Journalist Association awarded him the 2018 Jazz Photo of the Year. His work is in the private collections of jazz greats Ron Carter and Roy Haynes. His work has been described as. "Making the invisible visible." My First Jazz cover was the Jazz Master Benny Golson. 13 years later i had the honor of meeting him at the 2016 Atlanta Jazz Festival. He was gracious enough to sign the image. Thanks Ernie for making it possible .........
