Finally some countries are standing up for artists...'After Uruguay’s parliament passed a bill that changes the country’s copyright laws, Spotify issued a statement on Monday (Nov. 20) saying that it “will unfortunately begin to phase out its service in Uruguay effective January 1, 2024, and fully cease service by February.
The Uruguayan bill asks for “equitable remuneration” for artists.'

“Without clarity on the changes to music copyright laws,” a spokesperson said, “Spotify will unfortunately begin to phase out its service.”

Looking for a drummer for an established DIY band with contacts, gigs, and record label to play out and record. Tons of new music written and ready to record. Styles of music are indie rock, post rock, shoegaze, dreampop, indie pop. Must be able to play while projections and strobe lights are going on.

Monday night rehearsal in Delaware County, ability to play out at least 1-2 weekends a month in Philly/NYC/Baltimore/NJ/DE, able to do mini tours (3-4 day weekends) at least once a year, and able to jam psych music.

Not looking to waste time, need someone willing to learn current material and add their flair to the demos currently in the works so we can then start working on new material together.

Merch inventory. As I sit here surrounded by years of efforts and I contemplate the investment into creating music and art that mostly sit in boxes. I realize that it all has been worth it. I created art in multiple mediums. I learned about everything from graphic design, mixing and mastering, event planning, band management, public relations, marketing, website design, contract negotiations, and made tons of lifelong friends in the process. I remember the days of myspace when I moved Panophonic and Stellarscope or when I participated in the compilations and tributes of the legendary Brazilian blog Shoegazer Alive. Their version of "Primal" (Slowdive) by Panophonic's hand is a milestone. It started with Stellarscope in the late 90s. Tom Lugo, the singer-songwriter of indie-rock music influenced by the sound of shoegaze and post punk, brings us a new song in Spanish entitled "La Caída". The track has an atmosphere of grief, introspection and subtle aggressiveness delivered with passive restraint and acceptance. Floating in the verses and teething in the chorus with a fixed bass and a progressive rhythm that takes them to the end, epic and transcendental.
