We are very sorry to announce the passing of Dr. Stephan Harding, a founding member of Schumacher College.
Stephan made a profound and incalculable contribution to the life and learning of this wonderful community.
His teaching, writing and research into Gaia theory, Deep Ecology, and a holistic approach to science, as well as his many other gifts, such as the Deep Time Walk, leave behind a legacy that will continue to send vibrant ripples around the world for many years to come. He will be greatly missed by so many of us.
Our hearts are with his family, friends, and the multitude of others whose lives he has deeply touched.
Rest in peace dearest Stephan. 🌍🌳✨
