Streets of New Capenna is out! What has got you excited? I (Evan) have built Phoenix Tribal with Syrix. It's not going to be very good, but I'm hoping it will be fun.

(I'm pretty sure Syrix is better as a reanimator deck and not a Phoenix deck, but I can't pass up the first Phoenix Tribal Commander)
