To our brothers and sisters of Islam.

Ramadan is expected to begin the evening of Sunday 10 March, with the first day of fasting the following day. For many of you observing the holy month, there are lots of changes that come with it, which may affect your mental health in different ways.

Prayer, kindness and giving, and connecting with others are just a few practices that can have a positive impact on your mental health during Ramadan. 💚

As well as embracing the benefits of these practices, there are other things you can do to look after your mental health during Ramadan.

1/ Look after your physical health
2/ Connect with others
3/ Ask for help if you need it
4/ Be kind and give
5/ Set realistic goals
6/ Keep a journal
