My people! I have gist for you all oo. Grab your seat, take a chilled drink while you read what would make you laugh.

If you're single and above 25 in this nation, you're really seeing shege oo. Recently, I've had a lot of people talk to me about marriage, some will advice me, some will invite me to prayer houses of which I don't have time for, some will want to do arrangee marriage, Kai.... Tufiakwa.

The one that got me is the story I'm about to tell you now.

There is this Igbo woman I so much respect, I call her aunty because she's from my father's village. Whenever I go to her or call her, we'll just gist and enjoy our company.

So, the last time we spoke, she said and I quote, 'nwa, when are you bringing a son for me?'

I said, 'aunty you have a son already naw, allow me breathe'. She went further and told me that I'm too selective that time is not on my side.

She said I should just marry one of those guys coming for me. She asked me what is it that I'm looking for in a man, I told her, I don't know oo.

She now went ahead to say, is it not a man that can take care of you and have a good manhood? I should forget all those list oo, if he can take care of me and have something good down his legs, that means he can marry me.

I just couldn't stop laughing. And that's how I ended the call.

As funny as this is, this is the foundation of faulty marriages all around.

When the purpose of things are not known, abuse are inevitable.

No wonder, marriage is no longer respected in our society, the foundation is wrong.

Dear young people, we must get it right ok. Make up your mind to break that channel of wrong marital mindset.

We will marry well in Jesus name. Amen

We are already deep into the year 2024.

In a matter of days, we'll be celebrating another month.

How has it been thus far?

I know that there are challenges here and there but don't give up.

I beg of you, don't give up.

You may not look like all God has told you, but don't forget, you're a work in project

A gold in process doesn't look so fine and is undesirable but wait till the process is done, that gold will be so attractive and expensive.

Don't rush out of God's process for your life.

Work hard, pray, fast, study the word, up your game and keep trusting God.

Your testimony is sure and I'm sure that your life will change like day and night.

Yesterday, I was privileged to see a fishpond being washed.

When the water was draining, I studied the fishes, they started struggling to hide in their habitat(the water).

As the water reduced, the fishes struggled to accommodate each other, some were on top of themselves.

I could guess, they couldn't breathe, they were getting suffocated... Lol

But as soon as water starts coming in, you could feel their joy.

They started swimming freely and swiftly. You could feel them shouting "Thank God".

They didn't need to be on each other again. There was enough space for all of them.

I know you're wondering why I shared this story right?

As humans too, we can get stucked with one another if there are no breathing spaces for us.

One of the reasons of struggles among many people is because there are lack in abundance of water.

By abundance of water here, I mean creativity and giving wings to your expressions.

The day everyone of us starts to live out our God given purpose and give expressions to our creativity, that day you'll be surprised at the number of champions that will emerge.

Let's stop suffocating ourselves by relying on other people's creativity. Check inwards and see what you have. Give it expressions and see how great you can become.

Some of us are writers, speakers, artistes, chefs, doctors, pastors etc. The day we acknowledge genuinely who we are and start trying to be others, we would become free and swim in our water of abundance.

I remembered when I was in my first year in school, whenever I see service corp members, I admire them and pray for them.

I was always wishing, when it be my turn to wear the uniform.

In 2021, I had the privilege of joining some corp members to take a course and it was a huge one for me.

And today, your baby girl is now a serving corp member.

Why did I tell you this story?

Never stop dreaming.
The challenges around may look so great, there may be so many obstacles trying to hinder you from becoming but do you know what?

Never loose focus. Keep dreaming, keep pushing.

Your dreams are valid. One day, they will become realities.

You will finish that school, you will start that business, you will get that job, you will marry that man/woman.

You will achieve that goals.

You will!

No one gets insulted for dressing modestly.

Today at the park a lady without shame had a gown on. I will explain why I called her a lady without shame.

The gown was on her knee level, it's modest right?

Now, the gown was armless, no hand or anything covering her upper part and do you know what?

Her slit was slitting......

Kai, I've never seen this kind of slit since I was born.

Her slit was in the front, it was on the right leg, therefore revealing all her laps and do you know where the slit ended?

A little bit close to her waist.

Babe was putting on a white pant, it was so visible.

People, especially the drivers at the park could no longer hold it, they started insulting her and her parents for failing to train her properly.

I felt for her but at the same time hopes she had learnt her lesson.

The truth is, no matter how modest you are, nobody insults you for it.

So, can you see? Modesty is gold. Even when my generation wants to rub it off in the mud, modesty is still gold.

Do you know what marvels me?
It's how Christians rally around, praying in tongues and lazy around, expecting to be rewarded just like the person who has been labouring greatly.

I know God is a miracle worker but He is also the God of principles.

How do you lazy around and just speak in tongues on empty head and wants to wake up a billionaire.

Little wonder many Christians get frustrated and later say God is a scam or not real.

The earlier we get this, the better it will be for us. While you pray, work.

While you pray, think.

While you pray, study

While you pray, engage principles.

Don't let this statement be true in your life that "prayer people are broke".

I know ideas flows in the place of prayers. Don't just pray for territories or power alone, pray for ideas, pray for sense, pray for the grace for implementation.

Make sure your life reflects the life a a balanced man. Enough of having prayer people without results.

Be the change!
