Today we are celebrating the boy that made me a mother 10 years ago. Can’t believe it is 10 years since the most life changing experience.

It was not an exclusively a positive one, it was hard, mind blowing, and even somewhat traumatic, due to post partum depression and a traumatic birth. But I’m so happy it was YOU who was hiding in there, and no one else.

We love you, H! 🫶🏻

Bedroom after and before 👉🏻 🌈

We painted the master bedroom before we moved in here, and the colours never felt right to me. And when the colours are not right, nothing is right!

Repainted, and super happy with the result. The green, white and yellow is such a good combo, and I can finally have a good night’s sleep. 😅💚🫶🏻

Okay, sooooo I guess you have spoken, and I need to put some more of the unfinished stuff in feed 🔨😅 An owerwhelming 97 % of you wanted to see more of the reno, so I’ll give it to you (in time!)

Not excactly reno, but downstairs bathroom is one of the rooms that are not done yet, and that’s why (plus bad lightning) I rarely take photos down there. BUT a lot of you wonder where I do the laundry, and this is the place. (Swipe! 👉🏻) When we moved in the house had a small bathroom and a small laundry room, but we wanted one big combined bathroom laundry room instead, and it works very well like this! 🫧🧼🛁🧦

Also, the wonderful yellow bathroom furniture from 🥹 So good!

Me today (and so many other days). Life with 4 kids can be brutal, and the worst is the lack of sleep, I haven’t slept the last 10 years really. 😴 And honestly I feel it has messed up my brain, I used to be smart, but now It’s like I don’t have any braincells left, at least on some days. I have to Google so much basic stuff 😅 help. And my house, my god. There are times where I want to just back a bag and leave the mess behind for someone else to clean up. What you see on this account, is NOT the truth, y’all, bur small seconds of tidyness in a chaotic house. And I know it will pass, and that I will miss the chaos when it’s over, but it’s still hard when you’re in it. How about you, does the lack of sleep kill your brain cells or is it only me?
