To those asking, no, I am not back doing photos quite yet so please be kind and stay patient. I will be back soon.

With that being said, today I made an exception as Michelle is that one client all us photographers have, that asks me time and time again to come back and capture her and her beautiful family… so today I dusted off my lens, and headed to meet Michelle for a session that weighed really heavy on my heart. Michelle lost her sweet baby girl Zara 4 months ago at just shy of 4 years old, a tragic loss that no mother or family should ever have to go through..proving how quick life can change in just a blink of an eye…I showed up to their home with memories and emotions running through me as I took in all the photos hung up of Zara around the home. Most I had taken..She was the kind of light you just can’t put out…. I left this session pretty emotional as I am sure you can all imagine…wondering how these 4 do it each and everyday.

These family photos look a little different this time around, but the strength in each one of these beautiful souls shines through.

Thank you for today 🤍 and keep shining down on us Zara…forever on my mind
