Cougar's Marque Entertainment, LLC celebrates 17 years today. In that time, we have been proud to produce two short films, one music video, two episodes of a webseries which turned into 317 installments of an award-nominated web series ("The Life and Times of Abigail Waller"), as well as assist in the production of numerous other projects with fellow creators—most notably, the award-winning documentary GUMBO with the amazing Alyssa Rachelle.
Now we move on to the next phase in our existence: book publishing. While the door remain open for a return to visual entertainment, we find ourselves in the position to be more prolific in the world of prose. CME will be focusing initially on works in the genres of urban fiction/street lit, thriller, and horror—covering other genres as stories present themselves. CME already has two published short stories to their credit, the police brutality revenge thriller RETRIBUTION and the political commentary/slasher BIPARTISAN. Both are available on Amazon.
