7. Senility (Act VII): This final stage is characterized by a loss of mental faculties and a return to a childlike state of helplessness and dependence, completing the cycle of life.

The monologue presents a cyclical view of life, where individuals progress through these stages from infancy to old age.

🔥 Acid Reflux/ Heartburn normally and During Pregnancy .

This feeling can be so uncomfortable during pregnancy. Here are some tips to relieve them 👇👇👇

🚀️ Eat smaller meals more frequently rather than large meals.

🚀️ Avoid spicy, fatty or acidic foods that can trigger heartburn.

🚀 Avoid going to bed immediately after eating; wait at least 2 to 3 hours before lying down.

🚀️ Raise the head of your bed to sleep; This can help prevent acid reflux during the night.

🚀 Drink fluids between meals rather than during meals to avoid overfilling your stomach.

🚀️ Chew slowly and well before swallowing.

🚀️ Talk to your midwife if it persists.

*Size of the breast doesn't matter;big or small,it will make enough milk for the baby.
*Breastfeeding protect mothers from diseases such as breast and ovarian cancers and also heart disease.
*Closeness and comfort of breastfeeding enhances bonding between a mother and the baby.
*Lastly,it saves you money for buying other substitute such as nun.

What is Urinary tract infection(UTI)?

Most of the people(both men and women)are struggling silently with UTI.This is a bladder infection caused by bacteria 🦠.

Symptoms include:
-Pain areas:bladder,lower abdomen,pelvis,pen*s etc.
-Pain circumstances:can occur during urination or sexual in*******se.
-Urinary: Painful urination, foul smelling urine,frequent urination,dark urine, persistent urge to urinate or sense of incomplete bladder emptying.

Treatment.

-See a healthcare provider who will diagnose and prescribe antibiotics to treat UTI.

Management.
-In the toilet, wipe yourself from front to back to avoid introducing bacteria to the va**na esp.to ladies.
-Clean your hands thoroughly before touching your private parts or before engaging in sexual in*******se.
-Drink a lot of water to flush bacteria from urinary tract.
Last and VERY IMPORTANT:Change your inner wears every 3 months and dry them in the sun.

Suspecting ulcers?Read these:
1.Burning abdominal pain.
2.Bloating.
3.Feeling full after eating small amounts of food.
4.Acid reflux.
5.Heart burn.
6.Decreased pain after eating or drinking.
7.Nausea and vomiting.

Food that trigger ulcers include:
1.Alcohol.
2.coffee and tea.
3.spicy foods
4.Citrus fruits.
5.carbonated drinks like like soda.Others are stress and ong term use of aspirin and ibuprofen,avoid them and take alternative painkillers.

Management of ulcers includes:
1.Use of antiacid drugs(neutralize gastric acid and raise PH of gastric contents).Include: magnesium hydroxide and sodium bicarbonate.Other management include :
1.Healthy fats like avocado,nuts(njugu).
2.Eat foods rich in fiber,a lot of fruits, Vegetables.
3.probiotics like yoghurt promote healthy gut microbial and aid in ulcer healing.
4.Avoid alcohol and smoking.
5.Use of ginger and turmeric,are antiinflamatory and promote gut healing.
N/B.Main trigger of ulcer is a bacteria
Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) which enters blood through contaminated food.It's good for one to make appointment with the doctor.Ulcers are can be cured,suffer no more!
