The bastard child of Maelstrom Zine (www.maelstromzine.com), Gut Feeling was established in 2011 by Avi Shaked, with the intention of portraying the way its founder (and perhaps ultimately its audience) experiences music. Keef Hartley Band - Little Big Band (1971, Deram; reissue: Esoteric Recordings)

I was happy to bump into this album, which is part of the recently released set "Sinnin' for You" (Esoteric, 2022).
This live recording, from 1971, is one fine live recording, with crisp yet raw sound, preserving the energies of the original performance.
An extended, big band influenced lineup of the Keef Hartley Band – assembled to recreate the richness of the band's studio offering – brings an even jazzier vibe to their blues-drenched jazz-rock, with some wonderful soloing and fierce group arrangements.
