Firstly, it's important to understand that a person who is correctly taking their medicine and has a Zero viral load, can not transmit the virus to another!
Secondly, we have 2 options effective and available for use, Namely;
•PEP
PEP stands for post exposure prophylaxis, this is medicine taken after you have unprotected s*x with someone HIV positive. It prevents you from getting infected!
HOW TO TAKE PEP?

It should be taken within 72 hours after having unprotected s*x, and is taken for 28 continuous days!

•PreP

Prep stands for Preexposure prophylaxis and should be taken before you have s*x with someone infected. It protects you from getting the virus.

HOW TO TAKE Prep

Prep u take 7 days in males nd 21 days in female prior to engaging in unprotected s*x nd u continue taking 1tab onwards till u nolonger at risk

SELF-CONFESSED KITWE SERIAL KILLER APPEARS IN COURT FOR ANOTHER MENTION

The 27-year-old self-confessed Kitwe serial killer has appeared in the Kitwe Magistrate’s Court for another mention.

This in a matter where Miguel Musonda of Kitwe’s Kandabwe Compound is charged with murder contrary to the Laws of Zambia.

Musonda appeared before Magistrate Chongo Musonda for the alleged murder of Cynthia Kapalwa early this year.

When the matter came up for mention, the Court heard that the state was still waiting for instructions from the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) on how to proceed with the matter.

The suspect will appear in court again next month and he remains in Police custody.

Musonda has confessed killing over 11 women in what is suspected to be ritual as he was doing so per instruction from a witch doctor who told him he would be rich after killing sixteen women.

He has also confessed having slept with the corpses after killing them as part of the conditions of getting rich.

Police have in the recent past recovered eleven (11) bodies said to have been killed by the self confessed serial killer.

'SPARE MY MARRIAGE, I ONLY CHEATED 3 TIMES’, CHEATING WIFE PLEADS WITH COURT

I ONLY had s*x with Moses Sililo three times; the first time in an unfinished building, the second time on our matrimonial bed and the third time at friend's house, a cheating housewife of Chipata Compound has confessed.

This is in a matter where 44-year-old Ben Bwalya of Chipata Compound in Lusaka has sued his wife Jane Phiri aged 32 for divorce in the Matero Local Court citing adultery as the cause.

Phiri told the court that she opted to sub-contract Sililo who lives in their neighbourhood to provide s*xual services to her on the three instances as her husband, was too busy with his phone every time he returned home from work.

However, Phiri begged the court not to end her marriage with Bwalya over a mere three rounds of s*x with Sililo. She told the court that her cheating sessions were very brief and her husband should not be granted divorce.

Phiri also promised never to have s*x with Sililo again but remain loyal to her husband.However, Bwalya told the court that his wife's underplaying of her cheating as being brief encounters could not be verified as she did not provide a time keeper who witnessed their frolicking to corroborate her claims.

He added that he could no longer even cast his eyes on the body of his adulterous wife as her confession was too filthy for him to swallow. Meanwhile, the Matero Local Court adjourned the matter as it weighs on whether the length of a s*x session was material to a charge of adultery. Do you think it was right for Jane Phiri to confess?

Awareness ladies avoid going out to meet with strangers the world is evil out there

From the information received through grape vine it is believed that the Kitwe serial killer was enticing his female victims by promising them either a Job where they will be paid K5,000 per month and then he would ask his victims to meet him (mostly in town centre or Kitwe Main Bus Station KMB)so he can take them to meet the said employer and along the way they met their fate and others he was befriending them through social media then asking for s*xual encounter where he would pay them K5,000 and upon arranging a meeting he would strike and strangle them ,while some he strangled through an attack in the early hours or during the night ,ladies times are hard and people are evil just be careful when talking to strangers over jobs ,friendship or business etc the 27year old man was given a target of killing 16 women and sleeping with their corpses immediately he kills them so that he can get rich by a Tanzania witch doctor ,he would sleep with immediately after strangling them ,so far his confessed to killing 11females whose bodies have been recovered from shallow graves with 3 recently killed victims having been identified and buried by press time yesterday.

Tanzanian President John Pombe Magufuli has died at the age of 61, the government announced on Wednesday.

Announcing his death in a live television address, Vice President Samia Suluhu Hassan said Magufuli had died of a heart condition.

Speculation had been rife about his possible infection with the coronavirus.

Since the pandemic was declared in March 2020, Magufuli had downplayed the severity of the virus.
